How ParentBroadcast® Works

Receiving School Announcements
A school official calls ParentBroadcast, records a voice message and immediately sends it to all parents.

• Non-emergency messages are sent to your primary phone number. Most messages will be sent after school hours when families are most likely to be at home.
• Emergency announcements are sent to your primary phone number plus up to three additional phone numbers and four email addresses that you designate.

When You're Not at Home
Messages from your school will record on your answering machine or voice mail. If there's no answering device, the service will redial for up to three attempts.

Managing Your Contact Information
Your primary phone number is provided to ParentBroadcast by your school. If you wish to add up to three additional phone numbers and four email addresses to your emergency contact list, call the ParentBroadcast Family Hotline at 1-800-510-5805 from your primary phone number and follow the telephone prompts.
